Bio
MONICA GREEN was born in Rochester, N.Y, and grew up within the musical industry. Her grandfather played the drums for Louis Armstrong and her mother was a pianist and a songwriter.
In a casting in Atlanta, with only 18 years of age, she was chosen to be part of " The Supremes" and toured the world for several years.
In Europe, she fell in love with Barcelona, Spain, where she decided to stay. She has been living there since 1991 and has become the most spectacular and respected soul, jazz and gospel singer of Catalunya.
She has recorded four CDs and obtained great success in the theatre world with the show “BLUES IN THE NIGHT”.
She is presently featured in a weekly TV show of great national audience in Spain.
