Make This City

Before they even knew how to play instruments in elementary school, Travis and Ben have been making bands together. Blasting records and air guitars, Ben and Travis have never wanted anything more than to bring music into the world. After years of practice, genre shifting, and a brief break from the scene, came Make This City. Ben and Travis has spent the past 2 years defining and refining the band's pop sound to make sure it was something THEY were proud, but also something EVERYONE could love. With a booming myspace fan base, they're one of the most talked about bands in Iowa. Make This City is working 24/7 with shows, self-promotion, management, booking, and even personally dropping their album in records stores through out the entire midwest. "Even if our fan base is 50 people, it's well worth it." says Ben. Make This City's debut album "Live Love and Lies" just came out in December of 2008. They have racked up more than 200,000 plays on MySpace in that time. They've built up a great street team from all over the U.S. Been in Popstar! , Aced Magazine, PopCulture Madness, Put Me In The Picture Promotions, and more. They are making their mark through out the U.S.
