Low 90

LOW 90 is a 3-piece band focusing on songwriting, production and tight musicianship. Jere Nickerson - Vocals, Bass and Andrew Bogner - Guitars, Vocals and Synth are the surviving members of a band that was uncompromising in their musical vision. Shortly after forming, Edward Cobb – Drums came onto the scene as a power-house tub-thumper. Enduring in a city where original music was the exception and not the rule, they forged on. Move forward years later, LOW 90 has remerged with a new vitality. Their musical fortitude continues with intelligent arrangements with a penchant for Indie Pop/Rock. The new LOW 90 CD released May 2009 was recorded at the Halo with producer/engineer Jon Wyman. Art work on the CD is by Calef Brown. The CD includes 4 songs “Red Lights”, “Undercover”, “I Will Remember”, and “Flowers”. “Red Lights” starts the CD off with a solid drum fill and upbeat tempo. “Undercover” is the 2nd selection which offers a nice airy sound and hooky chorus. “I Will Remember” feature the lead vocals of Andrew Bogner, he also plays synth and guitar on the tune. “Flowers” which currently has over 9300 plays & placed #1 in February 2009 and April 2009 on the Indie Rock channel also happens to be the first song that we all wrote together while all playing acoustic guitars at Andy’s pad. We also have been forwarded by TAXI Independent A&R firm for two posted listings. While this is our first release, we are always writing new songs. We will be back in the studio in late May 2009
