Musically, it is right on. The singer has a great voice for this stuff which is backed by an absolutely rocking bass and drum wall of sound that leaves room for a massive guitar blitz to come in and put the whole thing over the top. This is one of the best songs I’ve ever heard – period.

I present to you Love Hate Rebellion, the hard hitting, smooth singing quartet out of Queensland, Australia. This group isn’t messing around, drawing comparisons to Tool and Queens of the Stone Age that are well deserved; this new hard rock group will push you down, shake you up, and make you ask for more.
This group of veteran musicians met at a Brisbane nightclub, got real drunk, and the rest is history. Fronted by Jimmy Sky and supported by the beautiful and talented Pelser sisters, Rachel and Ariana, this band has a lot of talent and passion. And let’s not forget the drummer, everyone always forgets the drummer. Andrew Darveniza, the “Jazz Ape”, brings his classical talents and mixes them with the raw emotion that drives LHR forward.

Everyone once in a while a band comes across my desk that is a killer, I mean a flat out killer. I anxiously await a full album release from them and expect big things in the future for this group. Long live LOVE HATE REBELLION!! Keep doing what you’re doing as it downright destroys!

Bio
Described as “a phenomenal mix of Soundgarden, Sparta and Clutch” (J Whitaker, 272 Records). Each member draws on a diverse range of influences including The Doors, Nine Inch Nails, Neil Young, Queens of the Stone Age and Placebo. The result is a powerful emotional journey featuring soaring vocals, blistering guitar work, powerful, riff-laden bass melodies and a bombastic, snare-rich rhythm section.The band has swiftly created a following through their consistently engaging, raw performances and have already played with the likes of 'Meat Puppets', 'The Supersuckers', 'MxPx' and '28 Days'.
