Line in the Sand

In the spring of 2011, Bryce (guitar/vocals) and Alex (drums) performed an acoustic set at a local Indianapolis area talent show winning first place. During an after party at a local Starbucks, the two discussed a desire to pursue music with a purpose.

Their dream came a little closer when Alex's twin sister, Samantha (bass), agreed to groove on the bass. Before long, they were joined by two classmates. Courtney (guitar/vocals) added her skillful guitar playing and soulful sounds, while Madison (keyboard/vocals) proved to be heaven sent by adding a completely new dimension.
Now drawn together, these 8th and 9th graders are making their stand.

Line in the Sand performs Contemporary Christian Music, sure to touch your heart. At their age, you wouldn't expect to hear such beautiful harmonizing, especially since they have only been together for 1 year!

The past year has proven exciting. Besides playing multiple youth events, they have had an opportunity to open for Building 429, and they were one of seven bands selected out of 100 bands to play at Holiday World's Rock the World festival featuring Jeremy Camp, Barlow Girl, Hearts of Saints and Tenth Avenue North.

Their music is uplifting and pleasing to both young and old, male and female. Their mission is to bring God glory through their music.
