She will adjust, within reason, to fit the type of venue and style of music your venue likes to promote. Bio follows.
Lindsay Beth Harper is singer-songwriter from Blue Ridge, GA. Currently, she is in the studio recording brand new original material, which she considers her best effort yet. In this project, she’s including a great mix of country, rock, and pop with some hints of vintage influence. A lot of her more recent experiences and frustrations with breaking into the music industry can be heard in the lyrics of this new music to be released very soon.
Also in the near future, Harper wants to tour more outside of her region, continue writing songs, and making her way into the Nashville songwriting community as a more recognizable name.
In more recent years, Harper has performed at the 2013 Peach Drop NYE celebration in Atlanta and at the VIP Room at Aaron's Amphitheatre at Lakewood in Atlanta for the Miranda Lambert, Rascal Flatts, and Blake Shelton concerts for the 2013 summer concert season. That same year, Harper sang with the legendary Brenda Lee at Hiawassee, GA's famous Anderson Music Hall and worked as Pebbles the intern/on-air personality for Moby in the Morning’s country music radio show in Roswell, GA.
While in college at Kennesaw State University from 2011-2014, she worked with Zac Brown Band members, Coy Bowles and John Driskell Hopkins, in the Joel A. Katz Music and Entertainment Business Program.
In 2011, Harper released her debut self-titled EP, which showcased three songs from an imperative discovery period in her music career. They were eclectic and all three distinct styles/genres. She later removed this EP from all streaming services, except Sound Cloud, in order to make room for a more seamless sound and genre.
At age 9, Harper began to make appearances on some major networks such as NBC's America's Most Talented Kid in 2003 and the PAX (Ion) version in 2004. Other notable acts that appeared on this show included Jordin Sparks, Hunter Hayes, Taylor Lautner, Tori Kelly, and JoJo.
Harper began singing at the age of six in front of audiences. Her father and both of her grandfathers were musicians, influencing her for years to come.
