Lilian

I was born in Rome, Italy, and lived there for 19 years. For 13 of those years, I worked as a professional voice over artist; that's how I learned to use my voice. Dubbing has shaped my view, both as a musician and as an individual. (http://it.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lilian_Caputo)

Following my graduation I decided to attend the Berklee College of Music as a singer songwriter. Once I got to Berklee I found a phenomenal producer and we are currently working on my first EP (coming out in the Fall). I then put together a band in order to play my songs live. 
We are a solid group, we incorporate different sound nuances and play around with dynamics. Overall we combine genres such as pop, r&b and edm. 

As a solo artist, I've decided to perform my original songs and when I found musicians who were willing to help me put my sound out into the universe, we tried to create live versions, that could further allow people to experience a shift in their mindset and undergo a personal journey. 

I write songs to change people's views and at the same time, to change my own view. I believe it is important to find the balance between simplicity and complexity in music as well as, make sure people are empowered and I truly think that's the focus of my original music. I feel like my music is 'festival' ready, I feel like my sound could fill in the empty spaces that create people's doubts. I want to make everyone feel invincible. My biggest ambition is to make my music travel the globe. 
Life's simple: you make choices and you don't look back. My choice is to be a confident individual and a positive energy that can make people feel strong and free. My goal is to widen people's vision of their own lives, through music.
