‘Life & Limb’ are a keyboard driven, original rock band from Atlanta, GA who boast a fresh new rock sound, built on great songwriting, soulful vocals, funky melodies, and colorful grooves. Embodying a unique lead keyboard sound, they continue to astonish audiences across the country. Night after night, enthusiastic fans everywhere are sharing in the Life & Limb experience, which continues to flourish with every amazing performance.
HISTORY :
Life & Limb emerged out of many in-studio sessions, and industry showcase performances in 2008. Along with great determination, they forged ahead to establish a unique original sound that would become the basis of their album ‘..Few and Far Between’. With help through internet sales and radio exposure, the release of their first single ‘Whoa Nelly’ quickly injected them into the mainstream. With both increased radio airplay to over 50 stations nationwide, and ever growing fan base, Life & Limb was off to the races, alive and kicking.
The ?Life & Limb' family is a merging of amazing musicians from previously diversi?ed and experienced projects in the SouthEast. Fatefully united, they have combined their artistic forces, and continue to share their love of music with the world. The band's members have gratefully shared the stage with music greats such as; Cowboy Mouth, Zack Brown Band, Derek Trucks Band, Drivin' N Cryin, Vertical Horizon, Freddie Jones Band, Gov't Mule, Guster, Jump Little Children, Angie Aparo, Lenny Kravitz, Pink, Jerry Lee Lewis, Jump Little Children, Sister Hazel, Simplified, 30 Seconds To Mars, Trey Songz, Big Head Todd, Robert Randolph Band, Edwin McCain, and so many great local artists.
If you haven’t been to a Life & Limb show, you are in for a genuinely unique and organic experience. Subtle sing-a-long melodies and hard hitting bluesy rock grooves are just a few of the flavors you’ll taste at a live performance. Many improvisational surprises are always soon to follow, as you would expect from a finely tuned band of well seasoned musicians, who combined have played thousands of shows across the country. Step by step, the band continues to be humbled by their amazing audiences, and are still determined to reach every set of hearts and ears they can with their original music.
Now currently, after an amazing stretch of highlighted performances including; 99X Unplugged in the Park, Crawfish Festival, Turner Field w/the Atlanta Braves 2010 Concert Series, 11Alive NBC/ Metromix Soundcheck, Oyster Festival, Hard Rock Cafe Ambassadors of Rock, Inman Park Festival, Embraced Burger Festival 2010 & '11, Musikfest, Turner Field w/the Atlanta Braves 2011 Concert Series, and Downtown Sounds Live, Life & Limb have clearly become a force to reckon with. Audiences are feeling the buzz of this great new sound, show to show, fan by fan. With non stop hard work, Limb continues to surpass each obstacle with gratitude and grace, while remaining both authentic and innovative simultaneously.
The band is presently working on the release of an amazing live show they captured in the winter of 2010 at Hard Rock Cafe Atlanta, and are forging ahead in studio creating material for a new album projected to be completed by summers end. They are looking ahead to another amazing year of live shows, and keeping up with the enthusiasm of every fan they inspire. As doors continue to open, so do the hearts of Life & Limb and their fans who allow them the opportunity to share their passion with the world.

The first has been featured on Atlanta's Rock 100.5 FM with English Nick a handful of times, and has also been selected to top the TM-Studio’s Century HitDisc, (the compilation promo-CD of the nation’s newest rising radio singles, which is supplied to hundreds of Adult, Alternative, Top 40, Christian, and Rock Radio markets across America).
