Hes got some of the best BPM (Balloons per Minute) in the business. Shell paint (almost) anything (almost) anywhere you want! Together they are the best husband and wife novelty team in the business. Sue draws a line of students -- Lester creates balloon art while they wait. Lester draws a crowd -- Sue paints them while theyre watching.
