A 2015 Winner for Singer/Songwriter in the UK Songwriting Contest and Toronto Independent Music Award’s nominee, Haze released her very first single in July of 2015 and has already gained international recognition.
Hailed as “Ridiculously talented” Lauren Haze is a 22-year-old singer/songwriter from Toronto Canada. She is often compared to Adele and Sam Smith for her unique tone and emotional delivery. Music City Artist Enhancement of Nashville, Tennessee states, “Lauren Haze has what it takes” and sings with “A lot of passion”. "I Won’t Make You Stay" not only won the UK songwriting contest, but was also a finalist in the Adult Contemporary category. Haze has received a 5-star rating on Amazon.com and reached #1 on the Reverb Nation charts, being highlighted as both a “Featured Artist” and “Crowd Pick”
Haze has been a featured artist on several industry websites and blogs, along with European and North American radio stations. As well, she was a recent guest of Award-winning celebrity interviewer Cyrus Webb on his radio show “Conversations Live”. Webb says “Lauren Haze is able to sing the words so many of us want to say, and don’t know how”. He further states that I Won’t Make You Stay delivers an important message of staying strong “no matter how much we hate to be alone” and teaches us to “do what is right for us”.
This talented singer/songwriter is currently working towards an EP expected to be released in 2016.
