Pacific Northwest, Lady of Blues, Soul, Funk & Gospel, Lady A, has a high energy show has been compared to the likes of "Tina Turner" and "Chaka Khan" ~ a smile that easily draws the audience in with her sultry-husky voice and contemporary blues-funk style. Like a Good Pot of Gumbo, Lady A is best served HOT!
Nominated as Best Blues Performer of the Year 2020 by the Washington Blues Society and known as "The Hardest Workin Woman"; the Lady performs with some of the Best musicians in the Pacific NW. Her band " The Baby Blues Funk Band" have performed together for many years, and this woman performs as a solo, band, duo and has a Slammin Back Porch and Gospel show which is her trio band that captures intimate audiences around the globe.
Lady A has opened for such artist as Denise LaSalle, the late Little Milton, Shemekia Copeland, Dr. John and been on stage with such artist as Grammy Winner's, Bobby Rush, and Zydeco King, Chubby Carrier, shared the stage with the late, Michael Burks, Kenny Neal, Gospel favorites, The Lee Boys, Eden Brent, Peter Dammann, Janiva Magness, Charmaine & Charles Neville, Super Chikan, SugarRay Rayford, Dexter Allen and Bill "Howlin Madd" Perry.
