KoolBRZ

Marquize KoolBRZ Rubell is a 26 year old hip-hop artist from Fort Worth, Texas. He started writing music at the early age of 7. He writes various genres of music, listing from Hip-Hop, R&B;, and gospel. He has been performing for several years all over the DFW metroplex. Marq was also lead tenor in his church choir all throughout high school. He attended the University of North Texas in Denton, where he received the name Kool Breeze, which he later changed to KoolBRZ. Ironically, this was also the name he called his grandmother his whole life, so it holds essential sentimental value. While focusing on music, KoolBRZs goal to achieve is to bring back the passionate, creative emcees with substance; all while maintaining musical authenticity. KoolBRZ has many musical influences that include: Jay-Z, The Roots, Nas, Notorious B.I.G., Mos Def, Common, Lupe Fiasco, Big Daddy Cane, LL Cool J, UGK, Chalie Boy & Lil Wayne.
