I started singing as a child. I would perform at parties, family functions and the such. After a while, I stopped singing for about 10 years. I got the performing bug again in 2002 and decided to get back into singing. Since I spent a decade of not singing, I had to train myself to adjust to singing to a matured voice as opposed to a child type of voice. I was determined to get myself back on track by trying to develop a stronger voice than I had as a child. Whenever I listen to my earlier recordings from early 2002, I have to say it sounds like crapola!! LOL I have since evolved into what I sound like now. One of the major influences for me has been Shoshana Bean. To me, she is absolutely outstanding!!!
