Kill Moi

Kill Moi is a San Francisco based band with a classic songwriting style that features indie rock sensibilities and unique instrumentation. Their songs weave tales of world-weary wit mixed with infectious pop melodies, rolling vintage rhythms, Graham Coxon via Wilco guitars, and a beautiful cushion of horns.

Members are Ryan Lambert (vox, guitar), Andrew Burmester (lead guitar), Daniel Settle (bass), Aaron Hazen (drums), Vojta J (trumpet), Oz Beckers (trombone), Armando Garcia (trombone) and Laura Carpenter (trumpet), whose collective past endeavors include such acts as Elephone, Madelia, Loquat, The Audrye Sessions, and The Extra Action Marching Band.

Their public performances over the past year have included appearances at Slim's, Great American Music Hall, Bottom of the Hill, Red Devil Lounge, the California Academy of Sciences, and Milk Bar with such acts as Geographer, the Soft White Sixties, Heavenly States, and Silent Comedy. An acoustic track, "Januaries" was recently included as part of a Tricycle Records compilation. Their first full length album "Hold me, Motherfucker" was released August 6, 2011.
