Bio
Kel, born Kelly Breeding, is a hip hop and r&b artist based in Atlanta, Georgia. He first earned recognition for his skills as a dancer, singer and rapper in B5, a group consisting of Kelly and his brothers that were first signed to Puff Daddy’s Bad Boy label . The band had major sucess contributing to over 10 million albums sold around the world, collaborations with top producers like Rodney Jerkins and Bryan Michael Cox, and even once shutting down The Mall Of America due to B5 mania. After over a decade in the industry, B5 came to a hiatus. Kelly seized the opportunity to explore his own solo visions of music and partnered with long time friend, songwriter/producer Erick Future to form 88 Crew as well as Grammy nominated guitarist/producer Daniel Groover to form Gang of Doom, whose slogan is to “Take back artistic independence for the sake of quality.” Kel is currently writing, singing, rapping, and producing an album with hip hop, rap, dance, soul, and rock elements. The album is co-produced by Future and Groover. Kel resides in Atlanta and in his free time likes to hop between dimensions using his certified Gang Of Doom dimension portal gun.
