Kaptivating Kate

Kaptivating Kate is a rare breed of originals, hard-rock band based out of Eau Claire, Wisconsin that was formed in early 2008. The band brings an eclectic mix of hard rock with heavy riffs and melodic vocals that is truly captivating. Their unique sound is well received and captures an audience regardless of the crowd. The band, originally formed by lead guitarist, Becky Pierce, who drives the dark undertones with soulful solos intermixed. Lead singer, Britt Thays, brings a voice of dark beauty. Her feminine sultry vocals call out with an eclectic hook. Bassist, Hannah Stage, brings a mix of dark tranquility and deep walking riffs that add to the accumulated sound of the band. Drummer, Chad Boehm, is the backbone and driving force that keeps the music tight. His drum work adds an elegant dynamic that keeps the crowd involved.
