June Bug and the Reborn Highway

The hottest thing to come out of South Florida since the weather... Imagine a whirlwind of rock, the blues, pure soul, and psychedelic combined into a jam sound between four musicians. It is, at times, a familiar sound yet, uniquely their own. With a female vocalist that stresses the emotional soul of music, a guitarist who's inspired blues leads catch ears from miles away, a bassist who teases the audience with his own abstract rhythms, and a drummer that won't hesitate to blow you away, June Bug & the Reborn Highway definitely have their own sound that can please any crowd.
With previous band dismantled, band members Josh Pertnoy (Guitars), Rich Conklin (Drums) and Ryan Mishkin (Bass) continued forward writing, recording, and looking for new band mates. After several auditions, they found their match. Amanda Covetskie (vocals) just seemed to be the perfect addition to their band. Her vocal styling and creativity's were just what they needed. They immediately began writing together and coming up with their live performance, each showcasing their musical abilities.
Band influences range from Gov't Mule to Phish, Hendrix to SRV, Chili Peppers to Zappa, Etta James to Mariah Carey.
