JR is a Pop artist and award-winning songwriter and producer with credits including the GRAMMY® nominated current chart-topper REHAB CD by Lecrae and many others. His career highlights include a GMA Dove Award nomination for his Pop/Alternative hit single "Not A Slave" from his sophomore CD LIFE BY STEREO and performing it on the 40th Annual GMA Dove Awards Pre-show.

Born Courtney Peebles in St Louis, MO, he started writing and recording music at 19 and began a journey that would lead him to establishing some of the most beautiful relationships the music business had to offer, along with a chance to become one of St. Louis' own trendsetters.
