Jonboy Storey started playing music in junior high. Today, he performs all over Alabama and in Panama City. It was the former CJ’s on Summerville Road where he first started performing in junior high. He credits his gigs there as his big start. - The Citizen of East Alabama

Phenix City, Alabama native Jonboy Storey uses music to tell his story. Every single song that he rights has a little part of his life experience in it. Whether it is his wrestling coach telling him that he will never have a music career in "Thank you for the doubt" or the lady chasing high schooler he was in "Mr. Heartbreaker", he wants to world to know who he is.
