Born and raised in Maryland, Joey Aikins developed a passion for music from a very young age. What started off as an elementary interest in poetry soon turned to a burning passion for hip-hop. By eleven, he began recording his first songs and at age fourteen he released his first album. Although very amateur at the time, since then he has put together and released seven independent albums along with a venture into hip-hop/rock with his band Breaking Reign. "The Illusive", released in the summer of 2012, and much anticipated "Renaissance Baby" provide the introduction of what is the beginning of something big. From here, the sky is the limit. Think it. Do it. All day. All Music.
