With the help of current technology, Jetpacks and Laser Guns mixes the grit of modern indie rock with the synthesized style of the 80s, creating an atmospheric live experience. In March 2009 MI graduate, Michael Martinez and Guitarist Al Curtis began experimenting with concepts. Over a short time they added Bassist Vinny Macias and started exploring their sound. The band finalized in the summer of 2011 with the inclusion of Drummer Alex Garcia , and began playing shows and recording their music. They've performed in venues such as The Glasshouse, The House Of Blues, and The famous Fox Theater in Pomona. They continue to solidify their fan base throughout southern California, while expanding to new audiences.
