Jeff Jacobson is one of the most accomplished musicians in New York. - AmieStreet.com
"Poignant, polished, well-executed pop songs full of memorable hooks and exquisite guitar lines." - Urban Folk
"The album ends, and it's good that most CD players have a repeat function so you can go right back to the beginning." - Boog City
"Finalist in the Williamsburg Live Singer/Songwriter Competition, Jeff Jacobson is clearly one of the best singer/songwriters in the Williamsburg/East Village scene. His performances encompass the best of all music skills: finger-picking, intricate rhythms, poignant lyrics, and a dynamite vocal delivery. His song "Castles" is amazing, and includes a wonderful Spanish-style guitar jam that slowly sucks you in and crescendos perfectly back into the super catchy phrasing of the verse." - Gabriel Levitt - WLSC
"Best Solo Artist" - Underground Music Online
"A real songwriter's songwriter, as well as someone who can write a song for hordes of adoring fans. Anyone catching one of Jeff's sets will walk away with a smile and humming one of Jeff's tunes. His song delivery is screaming with authenticity. His laid back style does not overshadow how very serious Jeff is about the music, and this attitude is another welcome layer of his performance style. On top of that, in a sea of good but not spectacular guitar players, Jeff's guitar playing rocks." - JezebelMusic.com

Bio
Jeff began his career in the 90's as a session player, touring and recording with various major label artists. This enabled him to work extensively with legendary producer Phil Ramone and perform on the Tonight Show.
Jeff left performing for a career in music transcribing, creating the note-for-note guitar scores for over 300 major artists' sheet music books, including Eric Clapton, The Rolling Stones, John Mayer, Keith Urban, Dave Matthews, and Metallica.
In 2003, Jeff began performing solo, and the very first original song he ever performed live was chosen by Underground Music Online for their "best of" CD, which featured a select group of Greenwich Village musicians.
While on his way to becoming a fixture in the local NYC music scene, Jeff continued to garner various songwriting accolades and awards, including being selected as one of ten musicians to perform for the Songwriters Hall of Fame.
Jeff is currently performing solo and with his band in support of his self-titled debut full-length album.
Jeff is also one of the founding members of NYC indie favorites The Undisputed Heavyweights.
