Bio
Jay of Thrones, derived from his real name James and his love for Game of Thrones, is a 24-year-old Hip Hop/Rap/R&B artist, producer, lyricist, beat maker, engineer, etc. A former student of New England School of Communications, Jay has had the opportunity to meet with several music business professionals who have helped guide him to where he is today. Jay has performed and made a name for himself in several small venues in the northeast United States, including New England, New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania, with the highlight being the opening act for DJ Class (“I'm the Ish”, “Favorite DJ”). Jay has the talent and versatility of mainstream artists, but is still an unsigned artist. Jay was recently featured on The Audible Doctor's (producer for The Brown Bag All Stars) mixtape “The Spread EP” and on hiphopspeakeasy.com with a song called “Trips to Shake Shack” featuring Sidney LeRoy. Jay is also featured on DJBooth.net with Brown Bag AllStar and battle rap legend Soul Khan.
