Bio
James Downham is an independent singer-songwriter from Kitchener, Canada, and is the front-man for his 5 piece country rock outfit. Winner of The Shot Season 2, finalist for 2015 Big Music Fest Breaking Bands, Semi-Finalist at 2015 Indie Week Canada, and Canadian Music Week 2016 showcase artist.
Downham released his self-titled debut solo EP in July 2015 and released his first single to radio "Don't Talk To Girls" in February 2016. Downham's track, "Fall" was featured in the Toronto Independent Music Awards 2016 compilation.
Downham has performed for over a decade at major festivals and events across Ontario and the Eastern USA. Downham released two independent studio albums with his former indie rock band, Reson. As a songwriter, James has contributed over 25 songs to other artist's recordings.
