J8S (Jeights) Bio
John "J8S" Duckett was born and raised in Baltimore City. During his growth he began to recognize music as a way to express himself. He saw the pressures of life as "the fuel to the fire" to his ability to write more, which gradually grew into a passion. He sought artist like Eminem, Jay-Z, and Nas as some of the few in Hip-Hop that he could relate to. So he studied such artist and began to become his own. He also found an interest in making Hip-Hop instrumentals, which started after he noticed artist like Kanye West and Timberland making beats for themselves. He thought that would help himself with originality because everybody he knew would rap over other rap artist beats that were famous. So, he continues on the road to success as an artist and a producer. Always working towards is ultimate goal.
