Bio
Intwine is an eclectic crossover rock band based in the Netherlands,
consisting of five members from Aruba, St.Maarten, the UK and the Netherlands.
What sets Intwine apart is the band's effortless transitions between the various genres featured in their music. With roots in the Caribbean their ability to incorporate reggae, zouk, soca with rock, metal, drum & bass comes natural. In addition to their rock repertoire the band has developed a second incarnation featuring
an unplugged set and have recently released "The Acoustic Rumshop Sessions Vol 1" (EP)
Since their debut in 2003 Intwine has had several singles and albums in the Dutch, German, Belgian, Polish, Turkish and Caribbean charts. They've done the title tracks for two major Dutch movie releases (De Dominee and Nachtrit) as well as having had their music featured in various international movies and tv shows.
Intwine is currently composing the title track as well as the soundtrack for Seek Films' windsurf movie "Children of the wind" (In Development).
