Our idea:
Culture makes us rich. A quirky synergy of cultural influences and styles makes our music rich. Through culturally rich music and performance we enrich ourselves as well as our audience. A punk-rock approach to what we do makes it fun, and keeps us from taking ourselves too seriously.
Our music:
is naturally eclectic. We make stimulating dance music through reckless cultural fusion. We actively experiment with orthodox and unorthodox mixture of styles under 2 guidelines: 1) It has to stimulate us (it has to move us) 2) It has to stimulate our audience (it has to move the people on the dance floor).
Our band:
We are a bunch of musicians who want to live their lives to the fullest and are currently experiencing ..post post modernity.. and avoiding the prospects of a 9 to 5 job. We are taking the risk of trying to make a living off what we love doing. The diversity of the musicians' tastes and orientations is reflected in our recordings and on stage.
History:
We've been making people dance since 2003. Since then we have played over 700 gigs in Lithuania, Russia, UK, Poland, United States, Ukraine, Estonia, Latvia and Slovakia. We have won numerous Lithuanian awards (Radiocentras, Bravo, JP) and been nominated for MTV best baltic act in 2006. We have released 2 albums PostSovPop (2005) and Hits in The Land of Mary (2007) with combined sales of over 10,000 units. We are currently working on our 3rd studio album
