Delroy Parr also known as "Singin' D," is recognized by fans as a gifted and passionate musician who specializes with various sounds of reggae music. Delroy's powerful sultrous voice has touched and inspired the hearts of his adoring fans. His voice compliments a variety of reggae sound from R&B, Soul and Gospel. Delroy is a committed artist who sings to please his soul and adoring fans.

Born in Clarendon, Jamaica, Delroy is the eldest of three siblings. At the tender age of seven he lost his father and spent his youth living with relatives. He saw his mother work hard to provide and keep the family together. He was inspired by his mother's strength and worked numerous jobs to contribute to the family. Delroy's family consisted of gospel singers and musicians. By the age of seventeen, he was recognized as a gifted and talented singer. Delroy performed for people all over Jamaica and beyond.

In 1991, Delroy and his family moved to Canada to establish a new life. Since his arrival, Delroy has amazed and entertained audiences where ever he goes. Delroy participated in a high school talent contest that drew multiple encores. Ever since then Delroy has been committed to musical excellence and professionalism. Each time audiences witness a stunning performance, it results in a standing ovation. His countless performances demonstrate his ability to entertain and reach audiences from various walks of life.

Today, Delroy resides in Edmonton, Alberta. He continues to travel around Canada and Jamaica to share his talent and notable music in cities such as Toronto and Vancouver. By doing this he has extended his network throughout the entertainment industry. Delroy has opened shows for well known reggae artists such as Richie Spice, Stichie and Sanchez to name a few. He has also been involved with the Black Achievement Awards in Edmonton, Alberta and continuously performs in his own Gospel production each year. Along with his own work, Delroy is committed to his community throughout Edmonton. He has been involved in fundrasisers for The Stollery Children’s Hospital Foundation, Kids with Cancer Society, Youth Against Violence and Africa We Care. Delroy continues to support these foundations and other foundations within the community.

Delroy has released two CD's titled, " Reggae Soul" and " The Gospel." His latest release for 2009 is titled, "Covers for Lovers." Each album delivers a unique sound; furthermore, demonstrates the versatility of his musical artistic talent. Delroy continues to promote the sales of his independent releases with passion and conviction. "I don't care what it takes, I will...I must reach people with my music."
