Two years ago, Gia Margaret and Miranda Rae starting playing small acoustic shows with two female harmonies over guitar and violin. Now with the addition of Raul Cotaquispe on guitar and vocals, the third harmony has finally locked in and this trio is ready for any venue -- capturing an intimate sound that can fill any space. Accompanied by a bass and flute, all 5 members add to the rich layered harmonies for the music of the three main songwriters. The sometimes dark and often whimsical music of heY rabbit has been compared to its influences of "Kings of Convenience", "Fleet Foxes" and Feist -- with a touch of quirk.
