Bio

For a punk band, being featured in a magazine probably wasn’t their initial aim; but when it’s Alternative Press the most prestigious North American magazine for punks there is no question Harbour is headed in the right direction. Opening for pop punk legends like Four Year Strong, State Champs and Hit The Lights, fans and industry members know the legitimacy of their hard work.

These boys know how important friendship is in the lives of their fans. Making their live shows more like a gathering of friends, it’s always a party start to finish. You get the feel every time that they are playing just for you, engaging you with constant visual and physical interaction. The band, originating out of Brantford, has also had a large online success with their first EP. With all these fans already captivated, their newest EP Grade School Summer hits home with fans old and new alike.

Crisp, clean vocals and rolling bass lines bring emotions to a high. The climax of pounding drums, punching riffs and fresh swelling choruses will have you instantly connected. These come together to make up a distinct pop punk sound separating Harbour from the rest. Front man Jamie Mittendorf states, “When I started writing songs for the new record, I didn't want these songs to get buried in what is known as the 'new wave' of pop punk. I wanted to separate ourselves from the crowd”.
