Gypsy La Blue hails from Central Louisiana and the surrounding regions, with a unique blend of southern-rocking originals and covers, washed in blues overtones.
The band was established in 2007 with 5 original members which include Jessica Jones, lead vocals; Kenny Jones, lead guitar; Mike Holt, drums; Joe Cook, rhythm guitar; and Danny Holt, bass (RIP).
The band recorded their first album, Hearts on Fire, with an independent record label, in Houston, Tx with master sound engineer, Greg Gill.
