Bio

Sizzling lead guitar, soulful vocals, smooth sax, sweet pedal steel, slammin' harp and spicy rhythm section. That’s our recipe for Gravy.
Gravy and the Biscuit Rollers, that is. With varied instrumentation and command of a variety of music styles, Gravy and The Biscuit Rollers create a sound that is original yet instantly familiar to audiences, mixing blues, country, funk, rock’n’roll and everything in between. It’s a sound that appeals to both listeners and dancers. Except that when Gravy and the Biscuit Rollers play, listeners invariably turn into dancers. This is fun, high-energy music that gets people out of their seats and out on the dance floor.
Gravy and The Biscuit Rollers perform both original material and versions of songs by such great artists as Muddy Waters, Buddy Guy, Buck Owens, Johnny Cash, Ray Charles, Stevie Wonder, Al Green, AC/DC, and Johnny Guitar Watson. The band has the ability to make these songs their own, while still honoring the classic originals.
Gravy and The Biscuit Rollers have a dedicated fan base--many of whom follow the band from show to show around the Puget Sound area. Look for Gravy and the Biscuit Rollers at venues large and small, from the Highway 99 Blues Club, Easy Street Records, ToSt, The Shanty, The Blue Moon, Conor Byrne Pub, Studio 7, Poggie Tavern, and The Central Saloon to festivals like Folk Life, The Bite of Seattle, The Taste of Tacoma, Choochokam Music and Arts on Whidbey Island and Blues, Brews, and BQQ in the Columbia River Gorge.
Consider serving up some Gravy at your club, show, community event, or private party. Gravy and the Biscuit Rollers love to play for people and have great audience rapport.
