Much like the traveling medicine shows of the late 1800’s and early 1900’s, the boys of ‘Grandma’s Medicine’ travel from town to town and gathering to gathering to provide relief to the masses. But they don’t come to peddle miracle elixirs or snake oil remedies, they arrive with guitars in hand to provide the best remedy of all, music…the cure for what ails you!
Formed in 2017 and hailing from Morganton, North Carolina; the band blends an eclectic mix of music from many genres and ranging from the roots of early rock in roll born in the 1950’s Memphis scene, through the classic rock decades of the ’60’s, 70’s, and 80’s and the alternative influx of the 90’s and early 2,000’s. The wide range of music featured by ‘Grandma’s Medicine’ is a direct result of the varied musical taste and backgrounds of the bands members…
