Gedo

Joe "Gedo" Levy II was born May 13, 1990 in the state of Illinois. While he grew up in Chicago he discovered his love for rap at the young age of 9 years old. Some of Gedo's influential artist while growing up are: Tupac, Michael Jackson, Scarface, and Nelly. Moving rapidly throughout his youth gave Gedo an edge on versatility and creativity, but also confirmation that he should follow his dream as a rap artist. He was raised listening to Blues, Gospel, Soul and R&B. By the time Gedo was 16 years old he was give the opportunity to perform in nightclubs across the Chicago area accompanied by his former group Team Kaos. After graduating high school Gedo joined the Marine Corps and sought out a career as a solo artist. Since joining the Marines, Gedo has performed Overseas in Bahrain, and locally in New York, DC, Virginia, Philadelphia and many other states. He has completed an in person interview with George Mason University and has performed at TCS New York City Marathon. While making these appearances Gedo has been focusing on the progression of his current single "Fit In” which has placed on the Independent Artist Chart 3 weeks in row. He also performed in October 2015 at the A3C festival. Gedo is also working on releasing this Video for his new hit single at the end of this year. Currently, the Chicago native is promoting his brand "M.A.D.E.” which is an acronym for “Money All Day Everyday.” while also trying to break into the music industry.
