Bali Spirit Festival brings community together

Bali Spirit Festival offered four days and four nights of yoga, music, dance and song.
An incredible array of Indonesian and international performers and teachers came together to share their talents at this unique festival held from March 12-16 at The Bali Purnati Center for the Arts in Batuan, Gianyar.
Each day offered a full program of workshops followed by evening performances.
On Thursday evening, Becky White, an Acoustic-folk singer performed an uplifting selection of songs drawing her inspiration from Bali's lush rice fields and Hindu deities such as Dewi Sri, Goddess of Rice. - JAKARTA POST - BALI INDONESIA

Becky White & The Secret Mission
Somewhere between the dream and waking there is a place in the mountains where spirit flows like spring water to get there youd have to go on a Secret Mission.
This all original music is born of raw experiance and dedicated practice. Songs feature visionary lyrics, haunting melodies and ancient and modern rhythms.
Becky White is a trained vocalist, guitarist and poet from an early age. She has published three albums and is working on a fouth. Becky White has performed in festivals, clubs and special events internationally and around the country for the last 10 years.
The Secret Mission was formed in the Bay Area, Ca in Jan. 2005. (yet members have been informally playing together for the last 8 years)
They are a voice of a new generation, inspired by an open unwritten future. Their performances are unique and creative, drawing audiences to dance, sing and walk away transformed.
Becky White & the Secret Mission feature original songs by Becky White and collaborative pieces with Chalo Jules, Osha Levgin and Nathan Pundt. Their first CD "Last Days of Empire" was released in November 2007 by Mystik Records. It was recorded in Tucson Az with Producer George Nardo (Velvet Underground, Heavy Medal Kids). "Last days of Empire" was mastered with George Horn at Fantasy Studios.
When Becky White & the Secret Mission are not out on the road they live in the Bay Area, NYC and the wild places of the West.
