Bio
Afro-Swedish, Spanish, Malaysian-American and Chilean are the nationalities of Feli and The LemonShakers. They define themselves as Indie-Tropical. In other words, Indie-Pop + World Music + Soul. Or, if you prefer, a mixture between Vampire Weekend + Florence and the Machine + Lianne La Havas. Their music works perfectly for real crazy dancers as well as people who like to snap their fingers and clap their hands.
Their first EP – Naïve-, released summer 2016, was received very well by music blogs and radio stations alike (in the U.S., France, U.K. and Spain) as well as by those who saw them performing live at SoFar Sounds LA and SoFar Sound Madrid, Ivar Theater, Greek Theater, Make Music Pasadena Festival, Youbloom L.A. Festival, and else where!
