Falling For Scarlet is a female fronted rock/pop band from Vancouver, Canada, birth place and stomping grounds for countless other notorious rock bands and musicians.
The band has uniquely carved their own niche in the pop/rock market comparing to predecessors such as Debbie Harry, Heart, Joan Jet and Gwen Stephanie to name a few.
Their music has an anthemic energy, driven by heavy guitars, a massive melodic beating heart but still plentiful of fan sing alongs. Front-woman Lee Tomaschefski; actress, reality star and former beauty queen turned rocker, commands this studded line up to prove girls can live in a male dominated industry too. Lee has had the opportunity to work with industry darling Josh Ramsay of Mariana’s Trench and industry icon Brian Howes, Songwriter, producer, multi-instrumentalist, A&R professional.Currently backing this front woman is guitarists Ryan Chamberlain and Ray Ray Star, and the extremely talented rhythm section of Andrew Marks and drummer Ricardo Viana.
In the spring of 2012 Falling For Scarlet released of their debut of their 4 song EP, Army Of One, produced by industry veteran Darren Grahn and mixed with the award winning music icon Randy Staub. In addition to their EP release Falling For Scarlet has been gaining attention when they entered a Canadian battle of the bands, competing against almost a thousand other bands for the coveted 99.3 CFOX Seeds 2012 title. FFS made CFOX Seeds top 20 with one of the only female lead bands and has created a lot of interest within the community and pop/rock fans alike.
