Falco Silva

In the satellite town of Taguatinga, Brasilia Brasil, was born a ‘’unknown’’ Pereira da Silva’ on the day of Jan 2nd 1985 and adopted early on as Stephen Gulliksen to an American family. The arts have since then been a major part of Falco’s daily routine. Been raised abroad from South America to Europe and later on Canada and the United States which entailed attending over a hand full of schools, adopting new customs, new cultures and people from all over the map. Music was his escape goat to keeping things at bay.

Currently a resident and student in magical Orlando Florida, if not in class or the studio you can find Falco at your local ice cream parlor for his daily fix, or you may spot him downtown. For a recovering Alcoholic/Substance abuser Falco gets down harder than the rest.

June 2007 was a major turning point in Falco journey. Since his decision to live drug free things have been on the rise, “It’s not that I didn’t enjoy the times together, me and my sippy cup, it just got to a point where I had no control over any aspect in my life. There came a breaking and I came to the realization that I relied on something other than my own self being and own actions to deal with the realities we’re faced with everyday. One should fill their void, acheive goals, own dreams and aspirations, whatever that may be. Shit you never know who or what will fall on that path. For me at least I don’t believe one should escape the truth to fill a void, which could plausibly cause it to increase. But as much as I drowned for that instant gratification of a high, I still found myself with an empty glass only to be filled with false hopes and expectations, but that’s me, we all have our own HBO special, yours maybe just be different little from mine.” Since then Falco Silva, self acclaimed Artist/Musician/Producer/Songwriter has been on rise and hard at work bringing you sounds you’ve yet to endure or at that not heard for some time, accompanied with his explosive vocals, ‘The Wizard’, one of Falco’s many alias’, thrives to make music he deems fit for himself and most importantly his listeners, regardless to influential propaganda insanity calamity we’re exposed to today.
