Erica Jones

Erica Jones (born May 24, 1997) is a vivacious little redhead, with many talents including acting, singer/songwriter, musician, and accomplished rider in the equestrian world. She attacks everything she does with a zealous attitude and never gives up. She sets her goals high, and usually gets what she wants. She is her biggest critic. Her family and friends will be the first to say that Erica has a passion for life, and she is quite the chatterbox.

Erica has been performing since the age of seven. She was determined to be an actress, and be a TV and Film STAR. She started begging her parents to move to Hollywood at the young age of six. Her mom finally took her on a vacation to California to meet with a few Agents when she turned seven, all of whom wanted to represent her, and the 2-week long vacation turned into a month of filming when she booked three National TV Commercials for McDonalds, Wells Fargo Bank, and Cargo Kids. Her agent suggested they move to California full time since this determined young girl was talented and would be very busy auditioning.

Erica's agents were right, and everyone in the Jones family (including her Grandparents, who also followed them across the country) moved to California and loves it!

In the 5 years Erica has been working the business, her voice has been in 19 Feature Films, and she is the voice of Pearl on the Finding Nemo Rides at Disney and Epcot. She also recorded the song "Big Blue World" from Finding Nemo, which plays throughout the Epcot ride. She has worked on the set of five TV shows as a guest star, four National commercials, and many print jobs over the past few years. Her passion is performing, both on the set of TV and Film, and on stage singing and playing guitar. She is a singer/songwriter with an Album that is copywrited, and now looking to make the next step and find the right record label. Right now Erica is enjoying the on stage performance time, so she can get more experience entertaining with her music.

Erica received her first guitar for Christmas when she was 11 years old, and without any lessons, she started playing songs by just listening. In just one year, she has already written 10 songs. We cannot wait to hear what is next.

Erica wants to thank her parents for getting her that first guitar, and to Johny Miller, her first guitar instructor. She was very happy to find Vince Mendoza, her new guitar instructor, and Gwyn Sanborn her voice coach, from Temecula Music Academy. She just started taking private lessons from them in April 2010, and has already learned so much to improve her music.

Erica also enjoys playing basketball, and trying to beat her brothers at a game (never happens). She loves riding her horse, and competing nationally at horseshows. On the weekends you will find her hanging out with family and friends in the back yard, swimming and eating BBQ, and having her Mawmaw and Pawpaw over for a game of dominoes, poker, or blackjack.

Erica is home-schooled in a Christian organization, and attends advanced classes once a week. School is out for the summer on May 13, so she will have more time to book performances!
