Hailing from Chicago, Edwin Jackson's foray into the music industry began in Japan where he honed his craft - Djing with some of Japan's finest. Jackson continued to perform in the states, most notably California where he worked with various up-and-coming artists, learning the skills that would later cement his career in the music industry. He states, "music for me is where I can leave my mark on this world and tell my story." Edwin's first single, “Overthinkin” - released in October 2020 - was the catalyst that propelled him into the musical stratosphere. He would go on to release five more singles and a mixtape in quick succession, amassing over half a million streams worldwide. He has worked with some big names including Kangfrvr, DJ Drama and Suede The Remix God to name a few. Jackson is "...proud to say that he has had the opportunity to set himself apart from other upcoming artists with his style of music and his drive." Family plays an integral part in his will to succeed in this game. He has faced hardships and heart-break but these challenges only fuel his passion and provides him with a platform to "tell his story to the world and create music that others can relate to."
