The Musician:
Eden is a solo singer/songwriter from Toronto, Ontario. As a vocalist, pianist and guitarist, Eden performs original material written for a variety of genres. From songs that are jazz-based and Amy Winehouse-inspired to electronic pop crossovers, Eden has received tremendous positive feedback from her fans. She currently fronts her own band, Eden Culture, and they have gathered a local fan base in and around the GTA. Eden’s music is currently available for sale on iTunes, Amazon Mp3, Spotify, Verizon, and other online music retailers.
Eden’s classical music education began in her early childhood through the Royal Conservatory. By ten years old she was self-taught at guitar, at which point she started writing her first songs. She took up a love for jazz under the guidance of Juno award nominee pianist and songwriter Martin Aucoin, and her first audition at the Gladstone Hotel won her the studio time to record her first hit “In My Window”, produced by Don Darby of GSM Beats.
Her influences include a wide range of artists including Amy Winehouse, Edith Piaf, Florence Welch, Sarah Mclachlan, Marilyn Manson and Nicki Minaj.
