Bio
Specializing in live music for wedding receptions, corporate events, conventions and private parties - I have performed at many events and at various restaurants over the past few years. Most bookings are in the Ottawa area but I will travel and have gone to Montreal and Cornwall, for example.
The 'ONE MAN SAXOPHONE BAND' is an amazing concept and unique in the Ottawa area that puts a full band sound in a limited space. My sound is that of a trio or quartet or even a full big band. For non-jazz tunes you will hear tunes from Motown to Smooth Jazz to rock and funky blues. Check out the 'solo' sound clips to see what I mean - you will be amazed.

My repertoire contains lots of jazz standards as well as non jazz such as Stir It Up, the Bob Marley reggae tune also on this EPK. I have also included a few original tunes as well.
My Solo performance is quite unique since I play music that includes jazz standards, big band dance tunes, pop tunes including Motown, Stevie Wonder and Billy Joel to smooth jazz such as Candy Dulfer and Grover Washington JR as well as lots of Latin tunes. And all of this to the sound of backing tracks so the music is just like having a full band on stage!!
The trio and quartet have performed at many functions over the past few years in Ottawa, Eastern Ontario and Western Quebec including the Ottawa Jazz Festival for 6 years.
I am very responsive to client needs and can tailor any performance to the requirements of the event. We are familiar with the time requirements and pressures of corporate functions and wedding receptions and are prepared to accommodate the various needs of different events.
I work with each client to ensure the set list is appropriate and am happy to take special music requests.
