Donnell Taurus, 25 years young, is a rapper, producer, writer, etc. who was born in Petersburg, Virginia, and currently resides in Los Angeles, CA. Donnell started his quest for success at the age of 12 when he began to write for fun. His creativity started to expand through his artwork from sketching and concept art to lyrics and poetry. The love of entertaining would eventually lead him to recording lyrics on a tape recorder and becoming serious about his talent. Years later, he would record for the first time in a real studio and knew this was his calling. Studying the game, making his own music, learning to record, produce, edit videos and mastering his sound became his life. From local clubs in Virginia to Xen Lounge in LA to the legendary Viper Room in Hollywood is just some of the venues he has performed at. His motivation to be the best artist he can be is his number one goal. Working hard and using his life experiences to reach out to people is what he is striving for.
