Thank you for submitting "Totally Opposite" from your new CD Damaged Ink. I really love the clever lyrics and fun energy of this track. The melody is really catchy and the vocals are a bit reminiscent of Terence Trent D'arby. Your style is really playful and lighthearted which is a great quality that I truly appreciate. I think this song might be great for the right film/tv spot. It definitely creates a great mood and it's obvious you really enjoy what you are doing.

Your verse & chorus melodies are strong with interesting rhythmic variation. The structure is very straight forward, classic Pop structure. The lyrics are really current and fun. Locked me in with the first line!

He takes the hearts of lovers all over the world and gives them strength to realize that sometimes it’s okay to forget about your problems and just be in love, even for just one night.
Track #6: “Totally Opposite” allows listeners to witness the humorous side to Demizes’ sexy style with lyrics like “we both like Twilight at the movies, your team Jacob and I am team Edward, so we’re split…” This genuine pop song highlights a colorful and romantic way to view all of loves silly disagreements.
Track #11: “Onion” samples the creativity within Demizes’ lyrical talents. The track is given a funky smooth vibe using the tuba and trumpet in the most original way. Daring instrumental songs such as this one are needed in the music world today.
