De La Montagne

De La Montagne are a two-piece from France. They make tropical indie pop that will give a touch of continental chic to your summer playlist. They have just released a brand new EP, entitled Make It Happen. Lead singer Camille Bouvot-Duval delivers the lyrics in English but with a rather charming accent, although the lyrics themselves are often not quite so sweet.
The EP comprises of four tracks as well as remixes from King DUODUO, Somepoe and Stoneway. It has a whole load of influences, from indie pop to electronic and dance music. Basically its a lot of fun. - Wake The Death - UK

Nebulous Electro-pop

It's Sunday, climbing time, humming the music of France: De La Montagne in the Walkman. Camille and Alto up in Hautes-Alpes Where this nebulous electro-pop is born, out of gravity, defended by Inrocks Lab and Red Bull studios, carriing the sun wherever it moves, from dancefloor to grasslands . Electro-pop nébuleuse.
C’est dimanche, on fait de l’escalade, en fredonnant de la musique de France : on aurait pu embarquer Arnaud Le Gouëfflec, Singe Chromés ou Chevalrex, tous excellents, mais ça sera finalement De La Montagne dans le Walkman. Soit Camille et Alto, perchés dans les Hautes-Alpes où est née loin de la pesanteur cette électro-pop nébuleuse, défendue par l’inRocKs Lab et les studios Red Bull, qui emporte le soleil partout où elle se déplace, du dancefloor aux prairies. Miracle de chansons à la fois sucrées et acides, qui racontent le farniente et le bien-être. Tout leur EP est ici disponible en téléchargement, il est taillé pour la bulle du dimanche.
