The title Thrown is filled with double-meaning. It’s meant to invoke the feeling of being “thrown” into disarray while doubling as a word play on “throne,” represented in the title image. As an artist who balances his faith with his music, the musical content strives to find the perfect equilibrium between the two. For the most part, it’s charming. - Dimitrius Jones

Bio
David is a very authentic, honest, and organically soulful Americana indie folk artist. Singing since his teenage years in church choirs and now finding a path of playing music full time finding his voice and way of doing things when performing, producing and writing songs.
With Arkansas & Oklahoma roots, he calls Fort Worth Texas home, finding inspiration from a strong faith and family values mixed with early music influences like the Goo Goo Dolls and The Eagles, plus more recent ones like Amos Lee, Ray Lamontagne and Citizen Cope. David brings his own originality and style, using his words to shape those stories and songs that are eager to be heard.
David is a also a devoted husband and father and continues to hone in on his pursuit of playing and songwriting with a brand new EP to be released this year.
