Daniela Spector’s self-titled debut was one of 2010's surprise hits in the Israeli music scene. With four #1 hit singles on the radio, followed by her winning the prestigious “Newcomer of the Year" award, Daniela became one of Israel's most known and appreciated indie artists. “The deeper you get into Spector’s Debut, you find it almost too good to be true” (Ynet online magazine)
Now, Daniela is embarking on a new quest - “Love is”, a new project she created with her husband, Ben, Combines her unique voice and singer/songwriting with Ben's electronic machines and sounds. "Cut it out", first single released (Feb 2011) out of their new album “Love is”, is already a huge hit on the Israeli national radio, and the buzz around the Spectors became something you just can't ignore.

Listening to “Love is” reveals a deep and personal pop piece with a surprising variety of influences; from Sufjean Stevens and BrightEyes to The knife, Air and Architecture in Helsinki; The result is a mixture of touching melodies, heart breaking songs and rhythmic, even danceable beats. Live , On stage Daniela & Ben are Performing as a duo - He’s playing the electronics (computer and synthesizers), and she’s on the guitars and vocals. Now they’re setting out for the international “Love is” tour.
