"one Winston-Salem-based musician has been on a mission to unite people through music amid this deeply divisive year. Dale Cole started up The Inclusion Project, a 200-member Triad-based music collective that lives on a public Facebook group, with the goal of encouraging members to work with other musicians they wouldn’t usually collaborate with." - Yes! "Let's Welcome this week's special guest Dale Cole. Dale is part of the band Community Service, and you may have heard him on New Music Monday or The Georgia Songbirds Weekly Top 10. Dale I s a singer songwriter from North Carolina. He came on the show and we talked music, played a 20 questions type game and so much more. We even listened to a few of Dale's songs and heard the stories behind them. So pull up a chair and listen into mine and Dale's conversation." - Player FM

Bio
Dale Cole is the fourth generation of a large musical family. He wrote for and performed with various bands in the 80's through the mid-90's. He put away music to focus on his family taking a 20-year hiatus from performing. Later he formed the band Gypsy Soul, an R&B and Classic Rock cover band, and started writing again during this time. He left Gypsy Soul to form Community Service as an outlet for his original material. He is deeply involved in his community and formed The Virtual Village during Covid in order to raise awareness and money for local businesses through sharing their music virtually. He has just released his first full album with Community Service titled Technicolor Pipedreams on Bandcamp and in CD format. Currently he is working on his second album titled Dale Cole's Back.
Dale Cole is a member of the Nashville Songwriters Association.
