Do you love Jesus? Do you love rock-n-roll/blues? Think that you could never combine the two? Well, that is just what the members of the Christway Church Power and Light Company are doing. We know that God loves to take something that was meant for harm and use it for His glory. God definitely inhabits the praise of the edgy guitars, rockin’ beats and what has been called “Joplin-esque” vocals. From DeRidder, LA, and into every dark corner of this old world, it is the calling of the CWC Power and Light Company to bring the power and light of Jesus to a hurting world. In a time when the world is looking for answers, we hope to bring praise to the only One who has them. In a time when the world is full of chaos and confusion, it is our mission to lift the name of the Prince of Peace. In a time when the world is so full of hatred, we hope to show the love of Christ in practical ways.
