The father-son relationship made the perfect scenario to display God’s love in his word and remains the Ideal backdrop for sharing the gospel today. This message is brought front and center each time the Tennessee Christian Rock Band CrossTie is on stage. Uniquely created, as only God can, CrossTie is made up of a father and his three sons, ages 10, 13 and 16. With years of performing already under their belt, these boys are seasoned and have a work ethic second to none.
Their sound is a combination of old school rock, fused with the latest contemporary music, making their original music distinctively CrossTie. One of the most striking things one hears when listening to CrossTie is the technical virtuosity of these young musicians and the masterful arrangements. No age restrictions exist among the people, who now make up the bands growing fan base. Give them one listen and you will be hooked!

Their self-penned debut EP “I Share This with You” released in early 2011. At the helm of this project was the Dove Award winning producer, Robert White Johnson. Already, messages of changed lives and renewed commitments to Christ have been coming in.

With a goal to share the gospel of Jesus Christ through their real-life testimonies and rocking original songs, the Tennessee, Christian rock band, CrossTie, set out in 2009 to entertain and encourage youth and families, wherever God led. Now, with years and miles of experiences under their belt, they are more eager than ever to go.
Uniquely created, as only God can, the band is made up of a father and his three sons, ages 13, 16 and 19 and his nephew who is also 19. Playing well beyond their years, these boys along with their successful singing/songwriting dad, have been called to use their talents to bring glory to God

This is not your ordinary family band! Their sound is a combination of old school rock, fused with the latest contemporary music, making it distinctively CrossTie. With a message that is full of Gods anointing and purpose! Absolutely no age restrictions exist among the people, who now make up the bands growing fan base.
CrossTie released their debut EP I Share This with You in early 2011. At the helm of this project was the Dove Award winning producer, Robert White Johnson. It wasn't long after the release, until their EP became a favorite, being played regularly on local and internet radio. They have received messages about changed lives and renewed commitments to Christ from all around the world. This has quickly placed them among the "watched" up-and-comers. As CCMMagazine.com's November "featured artist", the band received more "fan" comments than any of the other artists. They released their second EP "Strength To Rise" in Nov. of 2013. In Oct of 2014 they were nominated in 3 categories for the International Music and Entertainment Awards and won for "Christian Group of the Year".
In 2012 the band was honored with an invitation to play at Walt Disney World's Christian music festival Night Of Joy on the New Talent Spotlight Stage and were invited back for 2013. They also earned a spot at Holiday World's "Rock the World" in 2013 and 2014.
The relationship between a father and his sons makes the perfect scenario for Gods Love to be displayed. Each time CrossTie is on stage, this message is brought front and center as they unite to praise God and share His love and hope with audiences. Their energy, work ethic and humble spirits, are encouraging to everyone they meet.
CrossTie was a band name idea Greg had years ago but never used. When it came time to name the band, they thought it was perfect for them, as it describes how, as Believers, we all have a connection, a tie, to the Cross.
